Love knowing my morning coffee is doing more than just waking me up! Thanks for sharing, Emma.

Interesting points about coffee and health. Are there any recommended limits to coffee intake to avoid negative effects?

HealthNut101

Usually, they say not more than 4 cups a day. Gotta watch out for the caffeine.

Not sure I agree with all the health benefits listed without seeing more research. I love coffee, but we have to be careful about promoting it as a health drink without strong evidence.

Does the type of coffee (organic vs. non-organic) affect these health benefits?

Gina

Seems like every week there’s a new study saying something else is good or bad for you. I’ll take my coffee with a grain of salt.

man, coffee is the best! keeps me going.

I appreciate the balanced view on coffee’s health benefits, especially the reduced risk of diabetes with increased consumption. Would adding sugar or milk decrease the effectiveness of these antioxidants?

FitFuelFan

Good question, Rosie! Adding lots of sugar might counteract the benefits.
